FIDELITY ATM/BANKCARD SERVICES fidelity atm contacted me and took thousands of dollars from me for franchise atm and card services that i never received until today. I started calling them and no body was picking the phone. On november 29th I learnt that they were closed by the FTC. Is there anybody who can help me with infos about this Ripoff Dal Ray Beach Florida

I WAS COTACTED BY FIDELITY ATM AROUND OCTOBER FOR A FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY.BEING NEW IN THIS AREA AS WELL AS WELL AS YOUNG IN BUSINESS, I DID NOT HAVE OR MAKE ENOUGH RESEARCH ABOUT FIDELITY. BESIDES, THE EXCITEMENT FOR SUCH A BETTER OPPURTUNITY REDUCED MY THINKING. I SENT A CERTIFIED CHECK TO FIDEITY ON NOVEMBER 27. IT WAS CASHED ON THE 29TH. ON DECEMBER 3RD I LEARNT THAT FIDELITY ATM WAS CLOSED DOWN BY THE FTC.
IS THERE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT GOING ON THAT I CAN JOIN OR THAT ALL VICTIMS OF THIS UNDERCOVER CORPORATION CAN TEAM UP TO FIGHT BACK?
