Fidelity, Carefree Car Protection Two Claims - Both Denied Deerfield Beach, Florida

Have had this "coverage" for almost two years, needed it twice. Both claims were outright denied as "not covered". I purchased the Platinum which is SOLD as covering everything on the car with only normal wear parts not being covered (fliuds, cluthes, brake pads, etc - no issue). However they have "lawyer" stuff hiding things that THEY will interperet to make your claim "not covered". Don't waste your money here - you'll spend all you time arguing with them. After many calls and lots of ... talking they finally "agreed" to pay for part of the claim, the cheaper parts.  One of the worst companies I have ever encountered - They are however, very polite on the phone (Or just very use to dealing with complaints about their BS policies!)
