Fidelity Credit Services Lied to get my wife to send them money Ripoff Pinellas Park Florida

They called my wife and told her that if she sent them $129, she would receive a major credit card (Visa or MC). They asked for a lot of personal information (including her mother's maiden name)--the type you would have to submit when applying for a credit card. Instead of sending the promised credit card, they sent her a list of banks to apply to for credit cards--they offered no service, no assistance with these banks. They misrepresented what they offered to get my wife to send this money.
