On Dec 10,2007 I spoke with David Berkley ext.683 who informed me that I had been approved for a loan in the amount of $5,000.00. He sent me the contract and it looked good to me. He said that because of my credit I had to send a payment in the amount of $900.00 for the first 6 months.

Then I would have the money in my account by 5pm the next day. I had to send it by a Money Gram that was to go to Canada to a Dana Enos. Needless to say I to got a phone call the next day from Adam Wells saying that my loan did not go thru and it would if I sent in another $900.00. I informed him that I could not do that and that I did not understand why the amount that I was told to send to get the loan was not enough. He then began to get mad and told me that I should have read the contract better.

I then started to see that this was a scam b/c no professional person would be speaking to a customer in the manner that he was. I told him that I wanted my money back and he stated that I could not get it back until Jan.3,2008, the next billing cycle. After I hung up I had more questions about what was going on.

I called him back and was trying to get answers. This was when he really got pissed! We exchanged words and then I hung up. A few mins. later he called me back and was using profane lanuage. These people are a piece of work.

Needles to say today is Jan. 3 and guess what my money was not in my account! I plan on doing what ever I can to find out who these people are and how to get back my money.
