 i would not use him again or recommend anyone to him.  He was slow to process the paperwork.  He was forced to delay the closing for 3 weeks because he had too many closing on his plate.  he was generally unavailable on phone or email.  he actually told me that he would be unable to keep responding to my emails because he had alot of work to do.  mostly, he commited to the closing and the loan before he knew he could get the work done.  he contaced us days before the closing to let us know that he won't be able to do it costing us thousands in closing costs.  he did not feel badly or apologize for his mistake.  he is a poor mortgage broker and a poor human being.  avoid at all costs.
