Fidelity Locksmith Charged us 450 for changing a lock! Van Nuys, California

My daughters key got stuck in our deadbolt lock in our Las Vegas condo.  On 9-15, she called Fidelity Locksmith.  A guy came over that said he can fix it but was not sure how much it would cost till he added it all up.  A half hour later, the bill was $469.15 for changing the lock and deadbolt.  The website said they take credit cards, but he only took cash.  The company obviously contracts out to any loser local locksmith they can find.  I complained about the bill, but he only reduced it to $450, thats more then double what it should be.  He told me on the phone after he did the work, that it was 29 bucks for the visit, 185 to drill the lock, which is crazy and the rest was for the replacement locks.  He said because of the head in Vegas, we needed heat proof locks because the heat rusted out locks, funny, i thought moisture created rust, but what do i know.
