Field Agent I-phone App Work is not paid for Internet

This company has you going all over town snapping pictures in stores and telling you do not get caught doing it. They say if you are questioned deny deny that you are working for Field Agent

They tell you they will pay you a certain sum of money for the job and then after you submit the job they deny it saying your photos are not good enought and you will get no money for taking them. I have an iphone 5s with the most crytal clear photos on the market.

The reason I am writing this is to how scandalous they have become in their rejections.

They have you buy items in one case toilet tissue at $7.00 a pop saying you will be reimbursed for it when the job is submitted, then when you submit the job they deny it and you are left with swallowing the cost of the product. In my case I was told the job could only be submitted after 14 days of use. When I submitted the job on the 14th day I was told it was denied because the 14 days were only semantics and the the first day of use did not count. They had sent me daily reminders to submit for 3 days previous to my submittal.

Now the final straw with them came yesterday when they sent me a denial for a job that entailed about 7 photos. They denied and said I did not include the entire shelf of product in the picture and sent as proof (now mind I had taken a picture of the entire shelf of items) magnified blurred portions of each photo showing one product name on one box, when there were about 50 boxes in each photo. None of my actual photos were shown.

I have asked for the actual photo I submitted and they ignored me. I emailed them a second time and they replied saying a copy of the actual photos was attached to the email. There was no such attachment and no photos attached.

It appears to me this company wants work done and does not want to pay for it. I am sure they use all the photos and questions they deny you payment for, because the jobs do not pop up again as work needing to be done in the app.

A shame it was a wonderful concept, but a concept that relies of intergrity of both partners when they enter into a contract for work. One for work well done and the other to pay for the work they contracted out.
