Ordered Heating oil on January 8, 2018. Although it would be a 10 day wait and I was low on oil i ore oaid and got a confirmation email saying they would actually deliver 1.16.18 and so be it. Comes to today and I get a call from my mom, she asks if i ordered oil because she just got a delivery and never ordered one. SO I call up what they describe as "customer service" I wait on hold 15 minutes in order to get an older lady, who i desctivbe the situation to. She puts me on hold agian and comes back and says shes dealing with it.....on and on...then says well I will transfer you to the lady who took your order.
It rings and goes to VM.....WOW ok so I call back and ask for a manager 3 yimes...nope she would nt do it..finally i get a woman claiming to be a supervisor....before i even say a word she accuses of me being a jerk to the other lady, so i explain the situation and she sayas she will fix it....she outs me on hold again...when she comes back she actualy has the nerve to ask me to pay for another 100 gallons. When I laugh at her she says well you an just find another compnay, and theres no way im bringing you anything today....then hangs up on me......So basically now it will be a small claims case.....all over 100 gallons of oil that they couldnt deliver the the right address...wonderful wonderful company....BUYER BEWARE they dont care one bit for their customers...

In order to be fair I wanted to follow up and say Jim from fieldings called me back and apologized for his employees actions. He was going to investigate it and get my oil delivered today. Im happy with the resolution and hope that lady was just one in their fleet. Jim was fair and reasonable
