Fieldstone Family Homes Inc (FFH) is NOT MW Johnson Construction Inc (MWJ) They are two separate Corporations with different ownership.

Fieldstone Family Homes is doing Storm Repair and remodeling for a number of single family and townhomes in and around Monticello. The selection for a contractor on any project is done by competitive bid. The board of directors, management company, or homeowner has the final say in who gets awarded a contract based on their own parameters, price, quality, timeliness etc..The management company and homeowners of Sunset Ponds seem pleased with the work FFH is doing and there haven't been any complaints about the work to date?

FFH is also repairing Single Family residences in the area, and have recieved 3 referrals thus far from customers that had their homes repaired by FFH. Monticello MN has many homes damaged, that haven't even begun work yet. FFH has completed 4 homes and will be completed with the Townhome development by the end of September. We will have a final walk-through and approval done by the management company or owner at the end of any project to address any concerns. If you have an issue with any of the work being done, please notify your management company.

It is unfair to post a report that could be construed as negative against Fieldstone, unless there is a valid complaint that FFH has failed to remedy?

Fieldstone does employ two former employees of MW Johnson, but MW Johnson nor it's owners have control over FFH. There is also one correction to make to your report. MW Johnson Construction Inc. has not been "ordered to liquidate" this was verified through the bankruptcy courts and is public information. MW Johnson's Ch. 11 cases are still open and on-going.
