The owners of Fieldstone homes are the orginal owners two sons who were involved in the company MW Johnson from the beginning. So what has changed the address - No same address the phone number - No same phone number? Thanks to MW Johnson miss management of thier company all of our home values have dropped. In as far as the Homeowner Association as concerned that is also run by one of the owners of MW Johnson why would they not award their sons the job.

Fieldstone Family Homes Inc. (FFH) is NOT MW Johnson Construction Inc. (MWJ)

They are two separate Corporations with separate owners. FFH is in business to provide a quality home to it's customers and have positive relationships with their vendors and subcontractors. The owners of MWJ are NOT the owners of FFH and have no control over that company.

Customers, vendors and subcontractors doing business with Fieldstone Family Homes Inc. can be assured of a quality building experience with no financial issues at, or after closing. The business plan, financing, ownership, and management of FFH are distinctly different than that of MWJ, your post is incorrect in it's accusation. If an actual customer, vendor, or subcontractor were to have an issue with FFH, I suggest they first contact the company for a resolution, prior to posting a web site.

It is extremely unfortunate that MWJ is in Ch. 11 bankruptcy along with nearly 100 other medium to large size builders across the country (public information). This does create a great hardship for many subcontractors and homeowners that are affected. One correction to your post is that all MWJ Construction Inc. homeowners DID have clear title at closing (a closing can't occur without this) they also recieved a title insurance policy to protect them from claims arising after closing.
