HOWEVER FIELDSTONE DOES NOT DO THIS THEY ALLOW THERE "COMISSION ONLY" SALES PEOPLE PULL YOU IN BY TELLING YOU A GREAT STORY ABOUT THERE ADR, LOAN MOD PREP PROGRAM,LITIGATION IT IS ALL NON COMPLIENT PERIOD. THEY EMPLOYEES AT FIELDSTONE ARE 1099 AND ARE NOT ON PAY ROLL ITHER SO THIS AGAIN IN NOT OK THE CALIFORNIA STATE BAR HAS LAWS AGAINST THIS TYPE OF OPERATIONS. I CAN ALSO CONFIRM MULTIPLE CLIENTS OF FIELDSTONE LAW HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS ON ATTORNEY FRANK BARILLA AND IM SURE HE IS BEING WATCHED CLOSELY.
