My problem with 5/3 bank is that my vehicle payment book states to pay a certain amount by the due date and then add 20.00 to the payment if made after the due date. If this is true then why does 5/3 add other delinquency charges in addition to the late charge. It seems to me this should be conveyed to the consumer up front. I did not choose to go through 5/3 for this loan and will certainly never do business with 5/3 in the future. I received a call today from RAB stating I owed a certain amount which was two payments plus late fees. I found out that one of these payments was not even due yet. How can a payment be turned over for collection before it is due. To me, this is a very unprofessional business practice and should be stopped immediately. Also, I would think that 5/3 would want to know of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the agency that is contracted to collect on delinquent accounts.

Ken,
How did you not choose this bank for your loan? I assume that you signed the loan documents.

Ken, you really want to get your act together, and pay what you agreed to pay when you agreed to pay it. Otherwise, the next time you need a loan (and it looks like that will be a certainty) you will either NOT get the loan or you will pay a very high interest rate for the loan. Neither is good.

they charged you the fee they told you they would when you spent money you didn't have. No ripoff other than you trying to use the bank's money free of charge.

They did the same thing to me. RAB is always rude, no matter who you talk to in that office. Just wait till you make a payment and they say the money went to pay fees instead of your payment. Over the past 2 years they have charged me with $950 worth of fees. Fees that I had never heard of and didn't know existed. I am currently tring to get my truck refinanced through a different company just to get away from 5/3 bank.
