This is my complaint I have e-mailed Fifth Third Bank but never have received an answer. This is in regards
to a car lease. It seems I made a mistake and signed a lease with Fifth Third Bank for a car for my son. His credit was not good enough to get it, soI did it for him. He had some bad luck and missed a couple payments, whichI eventually made up, but Fifth Third Bank was very nasty with me. They would call me
morning, noon or night about this lease. They would call me at work. The one lady also asked to talk to the Personnel Department so she could guarantee my wages, which you know has to go through the courts first.

To try to get the lease straightened out, I called the leasing department and all I would get is I cannot talk to you about your lease. It seems, the only time they would take to me was to harass me. I finally had to get a lawyer to straight it out. After is was straightened out, I started to make the payments myself which were all made on time. I, then, a couple of
months ago, got a letter telling me that I was late and they wanted me to pay the entire car off. They probably tried to call and threaten me again, but could not reach me. We moved and they do not have the phone number or address. The mail is forwarded from my old address. I, again, had to
get in touch with my lawyer because they would not talk to me again. The payments were not late. I have copies of the checks, which were cashed by Fifth Third Bank, and they still said I did not make the payments. My lawyer did get this straightened out again.

This car has cost me a lot more than it is worth. It is finally time to turn it in. The car is in good shape and they better not try to charge me anymore. Fifth Third leasing department does not have a very good reputation.
A gentlemen in our office went to turn in his car and had a lot of trouble. They said it would cost him one amount and then charged him another. He was not going to pay the greater amount and tried to talk to Fifth Third with no avail. They opened up a Visa for him without him knowing. That is against the law. Another girl is also having problems and her husband
works for a car dealer. The dealership where he works will no longer go through 5/3 Leasing. That is 3 people in a small department. The people in our department will no longer do business with 5/3 Bank.

Fifth Third leasing department is giving the bank a bad reputation. I will never set foot in Fifth Third Bank again. If I have more trouble when I turn this car in, I will take it to court. I have had it.
