Fifth Third Bank38 Fifth Third Mortgage Scam- Hazzard Insurace/Foreclosure 45263, Ohio

I am sending you copies of the documentation showing what happened and in the timeline which they occurred. Fifth Third charged me with hazard insurance even after I send them copies proving the property at 958 North Main Street. I had insurance through Erie insurance. I called three times a week trying to get the matter resolved. The matter was not resolved and all my payments of 433.53 were sent back to me for insufficient funds. The original payment at the beginning of the loan was for 358.57. The home went into foreclosure after months of the payments coming back. I currently have 12 checks in the amount of 433.53. The matter was sent to my lawyer with the resolution that I pay 4600.00 within 24 hours of receiving the letter from Fifth Thirds Lawyers. The letter stated they would wave all late fees and do a one time fix to my damaged credit report- which they did not. I payed the 4600.00$ to bring the home out of foreclosure and have since sold the property. I contacted Fifth Third about reissuing the 12 checks that could not be cashed. Fifth Third stated they stopped the checks and credited the loan with all of the funds. None of my escrow statements show any of the funds that were applied except for the 4600.00 I payed to get the home out of foreclosure. I have the returned checks and documentation.
