On 02/17/18, Fightfast.com sent me offer for a knife for free with the shipping price of $9.99. I proceeded to place an order for (1) knife at the $9.99 price. However, another page popped up on their website offering (3) knives for $49.00, of course, the knives are free the $49.00 is for shipping. At the bottom of the page there was a banner that states something to the effect of "No I'm not interested in purchasing (3) knives take me to checkout". So I selected the banner. The whole website shut down leaving me curious if the order had actually gone through.

On 02/19/18, to my surprise and dismay, I recieved an email invoice stating that my order for (3) knives had been recieved and was being processed. They have a (800) 899-8153 phone number which is totally useless as that it is just a voice recording that tells you to contact them via email. I immediately checked my bank statement and saw that they had indeed charged $49.00 to my card. Then, I contacted fightfast.com via email to notify them that they had made a mistake. That in lieu of (1) knife, that they had charged me for (3). Their responce was that I would have to wait for the knives to arrive, then return them for a refund. They also, made note that the return should be insured with a tracking number. That was totally ridiculous, as that the knives had not been shipped. They could have corrected the order prior to shipping. Shortly after notifing them of the mistaken they then emailed me an invoice for another single knife at the $9.99 price. I was vivid! I once again notified them that I had not authorized them to charge another knife, now a total of (4) unwanted knives. I requested an RMA shipping label for the return of their merchandise as I was no longer interested in doing business with them. They refused to do anything and just repeated the return policy in any subsequent attempts to get this resolved.

I am sure that fightfast.com knows that most people will keep the rather average knives instead of investing the time, gas and expense of paying for insured shipping and tracking on products that were never requested or authorized and having nothing to show for it. Also, I guareentee that in the event the items were returned without a tracking number and insurance, that fightfast.com would claim that they never recieved the return. They were notified immediately to have them correct the order and prevent them from shipping the items. In fact all (4) knives arrived in the same shipment. This seems to be a pattern of behavior as I found out after researching fightfast.com, online. These scam artists need to be stopped immediately.
