We received at Christmas a gift package that included smoked turkey, ham, and cheese. One of the cheese packages contained a hair, presumably human, under the packaging. The balance of the cheese was satisfactory. The turkey was also quite satisfactory but the ham tasted like Spam -- Spam full of gristle, that is.

The Figi's email contact form would not work in two tries.

I have no interest in replacement or monetary compensation, only an improvement in quality.
