Figis, Figi's ripoff Marshfield Wisconsin

As this company I was doing business since back July 4th 2003 which sell good gifts stuff and foods too, as one time they were slow crediting my account because the payment wasn't posted correctly for more than a month, as payment was made about three week in advanced before the due date, so I had to send them fax copies of paid checks as proof, so they credit my account alright.

As I purchase some gifts around fall of 2004 the year of, as things started to go terrible wrong, my mother was so sick and I had trouble with my right arm shoulder, when to doctor and gave me a injection, as too much all in once, December 2004 my mother was in hospital then home in January 2005 and then visited my mother help her with my father to doctor visits Febuary, March, April, and pass away at May 11, 2005 ok my wife discover a lump on her breast in March, when to many cancer treatment places and doctors visits, it put a buden on my budget, so she when with Chemotherapy as it lot of gasoline to purchase as lot of co-payments to each doctor visits, it put a drain on my bank account as this is life and death situation and my wife had surgery in July 2005 and back at Chemo and now on radiation.

Ok I made a payment in November and December and final full payment coming this Jan 2006, as they report me to credit bureau as never got a letter from their collection agency nothing at all! they Figis e-mail me to make the payment to agency, why them? what wrong to Figis playing some game as it's rip off for that part, whatever I paid the bill as it paid not on collection, so don't let them mess up your credit, so I don't business with them anymore because of a very bad year I had, so thing are back to normal.
