I have a Filesonic lifetime account which I was using as a personnal cloud drive. When I tried to retrieve a file yesterday, I noticed that (almost) all my files were gone. Those were passworded, private, never shared files. Files included personal files, pictures, backups of my PCs, backups of my masters project and of my projects server. As of now, those files are still missing. I have l lost more hours then I can count trying to cope with that.

The "24/7" support is never online. I opened a ticket stating the problem, got answered with a "Please read the rules" automated reply.

This is a completely unacceptable business practice. I understand that they had problems with the hosting and sharing of copyrighted materials in the past weeks, which lead them to ultimately end all file sharing on their servers. However, it is completely unacceptable to punish legitimate users who uploaded their own content as a mean of backup by randomly deleting their files without even a notice.
