Filipino Cupid Cupid Media Pty Ltd. Took Cash for Platinum membership, lost my profile and terminated membership Internet

Filipino Cupid, part of Cupid media, took a three month platinum membership fee from me.  Wrtoe a great profile, they lost it four time and replaced it with the words "Hi".  Sorry, they say, they cannot restore it.  Now they have terminated my account with half my platinum fee still unearned, no notice reason or explanation.  And they do not respond to emails.  So I have to incur the cost of a phone call to Australia from the U.S. to get them on the phone?  Abysmal, fraudsters.  I think they have one person answering emails, if that, and I am guessing they have no idea what she is doing.  Honestly, I think their emplyees wipe out profiles for entertainment.
