My Claims are Not Unfounded and not Libelous

I read the views of someone who gave a somewhat naive response to a Rip-Off report supporting a friend of one of the parties involved claiming he was a good fellow. I am confused by his references to the Venice Film Festival which does not exist and my film was shown in a cafe and a massarge parlor. Since this person claims he had actually read the contract he would have seen an arbitration clause. I have sought an arbitration over my claims against the same people without any response. Therefore I wrote a rip off report, contacted the BBB, spoke to my attorney, and am presently filing a lengthy report for the FBI. Read my report and if you want verification or justification of anything contained in it I am pleased to provide it.

As an entertainment industry executive for over 30 yrs , I do not agree with the unfounded and slanderous comments addressing these gentleman or this company . If there is proof of any illegal or misrepresentation it should be provided ! I have know Peter Green professionally for over 20 years and have always found him straight forward and hardworking. I have come to also know him on a personal level over the last 5-6 years and find him to be sincere and simply a gentleman trying to earn a living using the skills and contacts he has developed through the his career . I have attended screenings for their Venice film festival which presented exceptional talent in a quality environment ( Arclight theaters ) . I can not speak towards his partner as I have only met him once but have no reason to be suspicious . In my opinion these are simply two me. TRYING to developed a film festivals as a source of distribution for their company . Honest hard working guys in a very competitive business . One person I referred , felt there were other options based on contract pricing , Use your own judgement and intuition . As a smaller company keeping expenses low is everyone's goal. You want your money to go towards a fair few for their efforts and contacts, or towards promotion costs . Using a fed ex or po box address is no reason to condem . I now work from a home office and use a po box as well for purposes of separation of my business from my personal . Any contracts offered are under your obligation to review and negotiate . I highly doubt there to be any theft or illegal intent or action . ( I have seen and read one of their agreements ). They are an outlet for small films , if a project is so great. Then you might have different opportunities for distribution. Otherwise they are an option to consider .

ATTENTION FILMMAKERS: As you consider allowing Film Marketing Services to rep your film DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
Why is their "fleet of corporate suites" at the Vegas Headquarters really just a FEDEX OFFICE?
Film Marketing Services Inc
a Nevada Corporation located at
8275 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 200-692 Las Vegas, NV 89123
Why is their DBD address Also a postal mail unit?
4640 Admiralty Way Suite 500,
Marina del Rey, CA 90292
Why do they completey hide their faces on all their business websites?
Why are their "Film Festivals" just one day long and in hair salons?

They do appear to be legitimate on some level but BE CAREFUL. Protect your art and money and do your research.
