filterqueen clean and replace filters every 6 months or call ,,,we'll send a service tech out valenca Pennsylvania

 when we were looking at this air cleaner and vacume,, we were told that they would come out every 6 months and service the product put new filters in if needed..my wife has COPD and has trouble breathing and we have a cat so the vac worked good,,better than any other i seen,,the air filter was good and was wort the money,,,BUT,,, we were told that it would be free service and cleaning and filters,,,my wife loretta did not want to spend the money,,3000$ is a lot for 2 disabled people on a fixed income.   i thought it was a good deal,,i even asked about the service and was told it was all a life time service package. so we got it....alomst a year went by and nobody so i called them and they put us on the list,,was told the service guy would be there in 2 weeks,,i said called the day before because of our health,,so the guy just showed up,,no call,,, he was mad and i was mad,,then nothing so I had to call them again,,,HE JUST LEFT,,,all that FREE stuff would cost me 300$$$$$$$,,and his were cheaper than FILTERQUEENS,,HE said he hears this EVERYWHERE AND from EVERYONE he goes to,,hes just contracted to do the work,,NO ONE knows you are charged for the filters,,EVERYONE thinks its part of the deal,,he said he getting tired of it and would call the BBB but he dosent want to lose the contract,,I WILL be calling the BBB first thing tomorrow,,,ITS A RIP OFF,,A 3000$ ripoff
