I am an investor in the movie Freaky Deaky produced by Final Cut Productions. Apparently my investment capital is held in a "Directed IRA" account with SunWest Bank. According to my multiple contacts at SunWest, they can't release my funds without written authorization from Steven Berez at Final Cut Productions. Despite several calls to Final Cut Production in 2016, I cannot get through to Mr. Berez so my funds are still held by the bank. I am now retired and would like to get access to this money which they have had since 2010. I now realize that I didn't make any money on this investment and I may have lost the entire investment capital, but if possible I would like to recover whatever monies may be available.
