One move they showed up 5 hours late to. Claimed a flight of stairs was 7 steps. Where is Dallas is there a 7-step flight? NEXT DAY, we were scheduled for a 10 am move. Received a google reminder for 11 - 1 arrival.
Got a call from a woman day of the move that said 1 pm. OK... Promising to be on time.
At 3:20 I get a text saying they're wrapping up current job, which ran over per a text at 1:30, and he'd be on his way.
A hour late I called 3X each both the office and Jay and get no answer.
At 6:30 pm, I got a text saying they're ready. Then 9 minutes later, since I didn't respond right away, I got a text saying, "OK I take that as you got it done thanks sorry about the inconvenience." WTH?!
Why is it ok for a service company to get away with stuff like this and it be ok? We were paralyzed and had to find another company to do a next day move - cost me double.
Now we're moved and exhausted. NOT on time. Seems cheap but turned disastrous in a day.
