Finance Factory contacted me in regards to securing some start up capital for my business. After speaking with one of the agents I had my reservations. The agent offered to connect me with one of the owners of the company Matt Sochurek. Matt turns out to be a big liar. What he told vs what is on the contract that they send out are like day and night. He will sugar coat what to expect but it is complete BS. Once you sign the contract you can only go with loans from the credit unions. You can not apply for a mortgage for 180 days. They can also sell your information to other banks!! We talked for over 30 minutes, however if you have questions about the contract and call him back He Will not answer your call. Matt is a con artist and a big liar and I will never suggest anyone use the services of Finance Factory.

In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Jiranek, P.A. at: 16 Willow Avenue, Towson, MD 21286 2.
