Finance of America Mortgage Made misleading statements, engaged in unethical conduct, encouraged applicant to lie Boca Raton

Loan officer took information and when was told it was inaccurate stated it would be corrected at the end of the process. It never was. Loan officer sent approvals that were not approvals, because numerous additional documents were requested, even though the loan was "approved".

Sensitive financial information was requested numerous times, and then could not be found, requiring it to be re-sent. Applicant was told to call the IRS and have tax information sent directly to the company, which woudl have required applicant to lie about the fax number the information was being sent to.

Applicant was advised to pay off car loans, and then was asked why the loans were paid off.

"Pipeline manager" Troy attempted to steer applicant to insurance company associated with Finance of America, and then tried to retaliate becuase that insurance company was not used.

Documemts that were electronically signed had to be re-signed in ink, causing delay. Final documents were inaccurate, and not received withing required time period for review.
