this company has been calling me for the past 3 weeks. they call and say that i owe money for a payday loan. they won't give any information or tell me what company it is.

they are telling me about law suits, court, bail and they are threatening to get in touch with social security to try and stop my benefits. they also have my social security number as well as my address and the name of my son and brother. they use a different name and phone number each time they call. they have very very heavy accents, and use American names.

Last week they called and used the name Joe Brown, today they called me and used the names George Miller and Frank Jefferson. They read all these things they call an affidavit from a script to you.
