i received a phone call to day from an unknown number and when i checked my message i was told to call this person back at a number that i do not know.  the message did not state anything other than it was very important that i called back and if i didn't they wished me the best of luck.

i called 215-279-5865 to see who it was that was calling me and instead of stating who they were, they just said hello.  i then ask who this was that i was calling and they asked for my reference number which i don't have and the man that answered the phone passed the phone to eric matthews.

i proceeded to ask him who i had called he tells me financial accountability association and then tells me i have a law suit against me and lists three different things i am being charged with.  i asked him who was suing me and he says fast cash.  i have never taken a loan out from them and wanted to know when the loan was from.  all he can tell me is that the charge off date is december 2012.

he continues to tell me all the legalities behind this and want to know what i can do to resolve this issue.  i am supposed to come up with 1346.55 today before we get off the phone or i will be arrested within 24 hours at work.

supposedly i had received emails from them saying what is being done and what i need to do on my part.  the man i was speaking with was not friendly at all and had an indian accent.  i continued to ask questions and he was getting very short with me saying that he could not spend all day on the phone with me, that he had other people to call.

another thing he asked me was if i had kids, i told him no and he said good.  and then he asked if i was alone, i said yes and he said good agian.  i don't know what that was all about.  this company is out to scare people and unfortunatly it worked until i did my own investigation.  watch out if you get a call from an unknown number and this is one of the numbers they give you to call back

So.. I'm from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Anyways.. 215 is one of our area codes, so I called the number.  I was like you ripping off people dude, (he had answered as eric matthews and also asked for my reference number!) He started talking to me in some CRAZY language.. I think it might have been Pakistani....  I was like, why the hell do you come to America to be a Criminal, why not try to make yourself better!! Then he started talking some crazy jibberish and I hung up on him.. I sure hope the loser gets caught!!!!
