For over a year, I have given Financial Knowledge Network every possible opportunity to make amends for the misrepresentation that their company made to me. Initially, I accepted Mr. McAuliffe's aggressive sales pitch because he assured me he could lower the interest rates on all my charge accounts because his company had "special connections" with the companies. Because my parents are very ill and I face burial expenses at any time, I told the representative that I wanted to pay off my bills as rapidly as possible because I wanted to raise my credit score in order to have a credit rating in order to be approved for a loan for potential funeral expenses. He assured me that he could do that. Then, he took my information, and my bank card was charged $449.00. All I received for this exorbitant amount was a "slick" package that included a couple of DVD's and some printed folders, along with some form letters to send to my creditors.

In the first few months after receiving the initial "supplies," I contacted Mr. McAuliffe on numerous occasions; he constantly gave me the "run around' and promised that he was going to help me. In the meantime, I contacted several of the businesses and explained the situation of my parents' health; after I requested the information, they dropped the one negative month's reporting DUE TO MY REQUESTS! FKN did not help!!!!!!

Finally, I contacted Elizabeth Cooper and Lisa Coffey and received all types of promises over three months. Ultimately, I received a message that IF I WOULD WRITE A LETTER SAYING THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES, THEY WOULD SEND ME A $250.00 refund. I wrote a letter stating that
I would not report any negative comments if I received the refund. For the next few weeks, they lied about the refund's being in the mail!!!!!!! I even gave them one last chance and sent a packet with all the e-mails and promises that had been made. They rejected it, telling the post office that they were no longer at that address?????? I hope these dishonest people can sleep at night after cheating people over and over again.
