my mom and me and my girlfriend got a call from a company called...financial partners group out of orange california
the said i had a 900 dollar credit card that needed to be payed off. said with intrest and such it was up to 4000 and some change!
said i had 2 hours to either pay it off or get summonded to court! also said that if i want to settle out of court i had to pay 2400 bucks! i said i would call them back if they sent me the paperwork that showed i signed anything...all they sent was there paper saying what i had to pay.
i got on the internet and looked up there company and guess what....there address is a ups store!!!!! so guess what i did....i called the state attorney and the fbi and gave them both statements!!!!!!!! good luck to them!!!!
heres the names of the " collection agents"........robert perez......veronica green...i hope they get reamed!!!
