I am extremely unhappy with Financial Services Center. They promised me without a doubt, to help me get through the lengthily process of applying for a loan modification. They did not. They  promised to work directly with my lender once my paperwork was submitted. They did not. They promised to remain in contact with me while they worked with my lender on my loan modification. They did not. They  did none of the things that were initially discussed over the phone with me and promised to me. They did, however, deduct a $699.00 payment and a $350.00 payment from my checking account for a total of $1044.00. The only promise they kept was to fax the documents to my lender. I could have saved myself $1044.00 and faxed them personally, which is exactly what I ended up doing. This letter is to let you know how very dissatisfied I am with their service . I want out of there  program and I want a full refund of  $1044.00
