Financial Websters LLC misrepresentation and lies Tempe, Arizona

I was contacted by a sales person a week ago about a home based business opportunity.  I expressed my skepticism about these programs and he directed me to a website that rates on line businesses and told me to check the rating for Ripley Enterprizes.  I did and it showed a very favorable report.  He quoted me $99.00 for the start up package and said there was an unconditional money back guaranty if not satisfied.  So I decided to go ahead with it and was told the charge would be $99.00 by Ripley Enterprises.  I then made a phone call to Ripley Enterprizes and they didn't know what I was talking about.  So I called my credit card company and found out there was a $140.00 charge by Financial Websters.  I then called Financial Websters and told them to cancel my order and was told the charge was not refundable.
I have disputed the charge with Master Card but unsuccessfully so far.
I have made several calls to financial Websters to talk to the manager and all I get is excuses from the girl that answers.

I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Arizona Attorney General, and the Tempe Chamber of commerce.
