I went to Financing Alternative in hopes of getting a computer, for my husband, because our old computer is ready to hit computer land forever.
The operator promised the computer would be shipped in three months of continued payment.
Well three months went by and no computer, so I called them and got a answer of our warehouse is upgrading and the computer would not be sent until may so I waited, and waited, then they said the computer would not be sent until 130 days after May.
So they continued to take the money out of my checking account until paid in full, that was in August.
Still no computer, I keep trying to call them but can't get through I get a recording, like all operators are busy call back later. I have been getting this recording every time I call!
These people are liers how can they get away with this kind of business?
please find them and make them pay for there lies.
All I want is my computer that is paid in full or my money back.

You are not the first and likely not the last This company and Blue Hippo both do this and i am still not sure why they are allowed to post commercials on TV. These companies both have had many complaints filed against them and i would contact your local States Attorney the BBC and the FTC and make complaints with all. There have been a few who after making said complaints did in fact get a system but let me warn you it will not likely be a great one
You can get one built for a reasonable price.
