Financing Alternatives financing alternatives computer comapny owes me money!! Chesapeake Virginia

in 2006 i set up an account with financing alternatives to take out 72.00 from my bank account every 2 weeks! it is now 2007 and i havent seen my computer after paying almost 2000 dollars! their first excuse was the shipment was delayed, the second letter stated my computer was on its way and that was the last i heard from them.

i called the number several times but the recording always said to call at a later time or to email them on the web. i emailed them wanting a refund! 2000 dollars gone to waste!i knew something wasnt right!
