I have made all my payments for a laptop computer for a total of $1400. To this day I have neither received the computer nor have I been able to contact the company to find out where it is.

The computer was suppose to be delivered for Christmas 2006 and it is now almost Christmas 2007. No refund, NO computer, & No contact from Financing Alternatives.

Tried to send a email to the company and the email address is no longer valid. Tried to call the company numerous times and was put on hold for an eternity.
