Financing Alternatives, It's been almost a year and i havent received my merchandise. Chesapeake Virginia

i called fai to purchase a computer which came out to be about $1800.00. after shopping around at stores i found a better deal, same model and alot cheaper. i called them back to try and cancel my order but they told me they cannot cancel but can change my order to something cheaper.

so i decided on purchasing a gold bracelet which came out to be $500.00 including financing. they took money out of my checking account every two weeks until it was paid in full.

two months past and i did not recieved my bracelet so i called and they told me that it was on back order. for the next seven months i made hundreds of
calls and the phone will continue to ring with no answer or busy tone.

i tried the website and it says under construction. i dont know what to do at this point. this company is a rip off. i paid with my hard earned money and i want my bracelet or my money. its will be a year since it was paid in full n have not recieved my merchandise.
