Finawireless - Fina Wireless - Helio Dealer Sold a used phone and then refused to take it back. Los Angeles California

I found a great deal online for Helio phones through their website. When calling in the owner was very nice and took the time to explain everything. I ended up ordering through them and the phones took almost week and a half to get here. They claimed that it was back ordered so I understood and not a big deal.

When I received the handset, the phone I purchased was is ragged condition. I called Helio to verify and they said that the device provided by finawireless is actually a refurbished device. I was patient with the backorder but when I found out that it was a used device I was outraged.

I ended up calling Helio and canceling the account. They were able to get that taken care of nicely and refunded by monthly amount and activation fee immediately. When it came to work with Fina on returning my device, I returned it and the owner would put me on hold and then hang up. I ended up filing a complaint with Helio and soon they contacted Fina and let them know that they can no longer have the "authorized" dealer sign on their website. They ended up changing their label to "Helio Dealer" instead of what they had before with "Helio Authorized Dealer". Helio even let us know that a dealer is not authorized unless you can look them up on the zip code search on their home page.

They ended up showing me how to search for the real authorized dealers on the Helio website and I was able to get everything taken care of by ordering through a real authorized dealer with the authorized dealer stamp on their website.

To this date they have not refunded any money to my account and wanted to let you know that there are good Helio Dealers out there and that Finawireless is just not one of them.
