I should have heeded the warning of others, but I did not and purchased from Finawireless thinking that I would be able to save some money during these hard economic times.
Well the mistake started there but it continued. They told me that my device was supposed to be shipped out almost two weeks ago and they still have not shipped it out. I am now less then a week to go before Christmas and my shipment can not even be tracked down.
According to their records I am no longer a customer either. They system some how deleted my record and they are telling me that it may take up to a week before they have this solved from me.
Even though I am an even tempered person they have driven me to maddness with the delays and misinformation.
