"Scott Grady," he was quick to charge my VISA, (the next day in fact) and then did not do anything! These were deadlines that were promised to me when i signed up - the only way I got anything done was when I yelled at him to refund my money. He made no changes to my resume ("looked fine the way it was" - then why did i pay you?), and the cover letter was replete with errors. 300 resume final copies were incorrect, and he wanted me to go to KINKOs, have them re-done there. He said he would refund the KINKO cost ... whatever! i told him to resend them ASAP. At this point we are now over 2 months past the agreed upon deadlines.

Emails and phone messages went unreturned. He often said an email would be there in ten minutes and it would never show up, or something would be taken care of that day, and nothing would happen for a week. Two months later, no interviews (he represented to me that people get 2 interviews per 100 resumes), and I was still emailing him and talking to him daily about crediting my VISA for a bogus shipping charge - (he finally did credit my account, after i yelled AGAIN) - but he has been a constant source of emotional distress throughout this whole ordeal...
