 Do Not Use This Dealership For Repairs Or An Oil Change! I recently moved to Flagstaff from Houston where I used one of the best Toyota dealers in the Nation for Service. I bought the vehicle in SC due to military service and have been all over the nation in my 2003 4Runner V 8 with towing package and full skid plate. All the maintenance done on it has been preventitive. In fact in Houston in April ish I had it completely torn apart for drive and fan belt, spark plugs, water pump etc and they said as they had it completely torn apart it was in perfect shape as usual.

So I moved to Flagstaff and went to Finley for a simple oil change and mind you I have a full skid plate. I asked fo have my oil changed and brought my own oil as always and for a tire rotation. Tire rotation all over the US at a Toyota dealer is free, But no not here, nor did the tell me. The price was $30 dollars for five minutes of work but their labor rate is $115 per hour. You do the math. So I got my bill and was stunned over the price but I had to pay it. I looked at the inspection sheet and the air filter was in the red but they never told me or asked me if I wanted it changed.

I said what is this, my air filter is in the red, change it right now and why did you not tell me. I looked at the rest of the inspection report later, it said all of my under carriage that was cover by the skid plate mind you from drive shaft to leaking fluids to muffler/emissions was in so so shape. Imagine that! I just had it totally torn apart in April and it was in perfect shape but magically through the skid plate they could see all this. Also my CV Joints were in so so shape but in 2014 I had them replaced with genuine Toyota parts and repacked. It's a miracle!

They have X Ray vision! I called Toyota to complain and the dealership called me and their lame excuse when they learnt that I know a thing or two about cars was that the paper skipped. Yeah right. To them, I'm just another stupid woman or tourist to be fleeced or used. Nope, I'm dealing with them via Toyota and I will not let it go and will be driving four hours to Phoenix for Service. I am not theirs for the fleecing nor am I so stupid that the paper magically slipped. Stay away or you will be their victim. As my people say #neveragain #neveragainwillwebethevictim and it applies so well to Findlay
