Finelli Window Pro's Elderly mom paid 19,202.00 for work done.Seamless gutters all leaking, facia & soffett shabby job. Can supply pictures.Promised to make right.Never returned. Pottsville, Pennsylvania

On 9/25/07 my mom hired Finelli Window Pro's to put seamless gutters on her house.Upon arrival they introduced her to other work they do.She decided to have siding & new garage windows put on also. She was told that her 1st payment would be due in February 2008 with their work beginning in November 2007. The contractor asked for a down payment on 1st visit. Windows were done-siding done. Facia & soffett put on. They used 4" wide facia around whole house.Not even tacked up in corners letting bees in all over. 

Seamless gutters were put up. Water is running behind gutters in some places due to drip edge being covered over.In other places water is over shooting the eaves. She now has black streaks running down the white eaves all the way around whole house and black streaks running down her new siding. From the facia & soffett to the eaves is a real mess. Siding job & windows were good. The contractor also put both down spouts away from corner of house. One was put close to her picture window rather than over another 3' in the corner. Contractor was told about that by my brother when being installed. He claimed that spout was cut wrong and he would fix this at a later date.

By this date he had asked for more money.Total $19.202.00 paid by now because every time he came he asked for more money. Never came back. Rain water is now getting behind the siding which is causing original wood on house to be wet. Eventually house will rot out. Also have had water starting to come into basement.

My mom & I both have made many calls to them with no satisfaction. In the spring of 2009 a man showed up to check out the work. Claimed he never seen anything like it. Said he would keep in touch. Heard no more.

In the summer of "09" a young man came by, said he was going to fix all that needing fixing. Measured eaves , claimed they were installed on to much of a pitch.Said he would redo facia & soffett. Was going to come back in 3 days. Never heard a word after that. Had I been there with my mom I would not have allowed her to write that last check to then before job was done right. Everyone that comes by asks who did your trim work. They just shake their head and say they would get them back out to do work right. My mom is extremely upset over this.Knows she was taken advantage of. We would like someone to come see this shabby work.I can supply pictures of it also. Thank-You.
