 this company takes advantage of people looking for help when having to move, which is a stressfull experience in itself.  being a disabled older person i looked and thought i found a reliable "professional" moving company who at first sound so helpfull, i was given a quote and told it was a binding quote. the sales rep i first dealt with, who of course is no longer there. said don't worry, that was the first lie. a pick-up date was scheduled and they even called to confirm. lie #2, you find yourself completely packed-up and expecting them to show up, and it goes downhill from there. after a few rude phone calls i was assured they would be there the next day before noon. but of course that also turns out to be a lie.  when they did finally get there, the quoted price almost doubles, so of course the p/u amount increases and then the demanding threats for this increased amount put you in a extremely rough position, you feel like you are stuck between a rock and hard spot. now we come to delivery time which was supposed to be within ten days, but once again you find out that another problem has come up. they unload all your belongs into a wherehouse, and make more threats and demand more information about the credit card used, even after the charge was confirmed they once again lie and tell they will decline to except without additional personal info, that card company rep advised not to give, so now they are hold all your belongs hostage, and tell you to either comply or find another way to get your belongs from this wherehouse. after several days of angry phone calls, and delivery is finally made by a seperate contracter, they use. who unloads your belongs without care, so of course you find an lot of broken and damaged items. another merry-go-round of submitting claim per instructions, months later after several phone calls they practically laugh in your face and offer a settlement amount that no way comes close to the value of your items much less try to replace anything. i do not wish this experience on anyone else. so i do not recomend anyone trust or use this company.
