"FingerHut" Shop at home Mail Catolog what a ripoff

my claims are as in the bowflex one! exactly, but only by fingerhut shop at home mail order catolog.

i purchased a computer package deal and they said i had a $400 rebate coming, then to my surprise, they said i was only eligibel for a $150 dollar rebate! "wow" what a difference!

first of all they shipped me my computer with an expired rebate coupon! then i called them and told them and they said they would talk to hewlett packard to see if they would still honor it, they said ok.

i sent everything they asked for, serial numbers and everything to my surprise they just gave me the run around all the time i called saying that they didnt recieve one thing from me ever! they told me to fax them with the information, i did and they still said they didnt recieve anything! i dont know what these company's are thinking or doing? but, something need's to be done about it!

by the way i never recieved a penny from my rebate! very upset in california.
