I bought Avast when I was contacted through the computer that my computer was at risk In April 2011.

I did not question it until I received a phone call from another company saying my computer was at risk September 19, 2011. When I tried to contact the above company I could not. I saw a report stating the same predicament dated April, 2011 trying to install Avast. Now I realized I was scammed twice.  This time when I refused to buy their product they began removing my desk top files at which time I made a payment through paypal which they accepted telling me I needed to find my credit card as they would call back the next day to get. They did so but in the meantime I had frozen my Paypal account, and changed the password. I bought a new computer and now found this site with which to report Ripoffs.
