I thought I had responded to this when I was notified - but it goes without saying that I received a refund for my backing of Fiona's project.

Its such a shame that it never came to light, I'd rather have the product than the money back.

It is worth noting that she admitted it would take months to get the money back to the various backers, due to having used it as described in her plan to have the dck published. I am disappointed it wasn't realized, but there are often things outside of our control.

I will back any future attempt to bring the deck to life in the future.

DISCLAIMER: I am a friend of hers, no I've not received any special consideration for posting this as has been alleged by some of the other comments.

Her accounts seem to be closed and I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! SHE IS A SCAMMER and I am in 100% Agreement with the original post!

This reader tends to have her FRIENDS post good things about her EVERYWHERE there are negatives!  Those stating they have refunds most likely got FREE Readings or are her FRIENDS! 

Remember she moves around a lot and knows a lot of people, she was in the Military!

I verifed with my credit card company that I received my refund.  When Fiona cancelled the project she explained that it was going to take several months to refund everyone and she was starting with the highest tiers first.  I believe she's been doing her best to refund the money as fast as possible and she has communicated through kickstarter the entire time.   

I backed Fiona's Lunar Fire Tarot on Kickstarter. I received periodic emails and updates, including the news that Fiona would have to abandon the project after her suplier reneged. Fiona offered a full refund and via email asked for confirmation that the credit card I used was where I wanted the refund returned. She indicated that she would start with the highest tier of backers first and work her way down the list. She also clearly indicated that the refund process would take several months. On May 3, 2017 I received a full refund of US$85.00. This refund was confirmed by email from Fiona and by email from Kickstarter. I subsequently confirmed the refund with my credit card provider.

  This report is false and malicious. Fiona Benjamin has sent numerous emails updating backers on the status of refunds. Each month, a new update is released letting people know what here she is currently refunding as well as how to contact her through Kickstarter. She also states very clearly that she is refunding money starting with the top tier and working her way down to the lower tiers. Last month (July 2017) I received an email update stating she was currently refunding the tier I was in. Her instructions were very clear to email her through Kickstarter so that she could dispense a date as to when I could expect to receive my refund by. She responded within 24 hours and told me I would receive my refund by September 1. August 1 I received a message saying that I would be receiving my refund -- shortly after I received an email through Kickstarter stating the same thing. As of August 8 I had received my refund in full. I find this report to be false. Fiona Benjamin has been communicating very clearly the refund process. It is understandable that with a kick starter that was this successful the refund process will take time. Fiona also has a FAQ that answers how she is refunding, why she will not refund out of order and what happens should you miss the refund for your tier (you move to the bottom of the list to keep it fair).

I've been fully refunded and offered sincere apologies. Ms.Benjamain has been very professional troughout the campaign and after. Should a similar project be made again, I would back it once more. It's a shame it did not come to fruition but this is definitely not a scam. Have a good day.

 I completely agree with the original reporter for this deck, as this only person seem get emails. I found that very odd, and not convinced at all. As Kickstarter isn't responsible for refund after funding of said project past the 14 days. In order for Kickstarter to refund consumer thru them, communication with this young lady. Is very few and far in between, if you have a project falls thru, ALL MONEY MUST be refund and done immediately. The same way as they took money, so forgive me for not wanting to wait for her to get to me or other 334 backers. As for the "so called instructions," She should have posted them on all her social media platforms. Rather then playing hide and seek with non existing emails. Just like her so called 8x8 post card due to the deck delay, never received a thing from her. I even contacted her personal and everything for this item. Why should a consumer come to her to ask for their refund. She has the list of 334 backers, you "Fiona Wong Benjamin" know your not entitled to keep this funding. SHAME ON YOU. ***Still NO refund insight. Very upset consumer, will NOT BACK ANOTHER KICKSTARTER PROJECT AGAIN!***
