Fiorvano Jewels Rip Off Jewelry Pop Up Screen. Monthly order enrollment scheme. Automatic $98 charge. Burbank, California

Pop Up offer, while on another ligitimate site, of free piece of jewelry, one of 4 listed if you pay the shipping charges.  Stud earrings ordered and received.  Junk.  The $5.99 charge turned into a $98 charge on credit card, and also being automatically enrolled in a monthly jewelry shipment supposedly ok'd four times during the order process, not promiently observable if available at all. 

By the time you get your credit card statement your 14 day trial order (as their now available Terms document online reads) is beyond being able to be returned.  You are stuck.  The pop up box said nothing about it being a trial order or having a 14 day grace period to cancel and return.  If you wait to cancel the automatic enrollement you will possibly be stuck with another automatic $98 charge on the next months automatic jewelry shipment. 

The return rules are just as bad.
