Fire House Promotions, Inc no ad proof ever to me, FHP stole logo from an other business from their site and mixed this with my company info, produced ad Internet

A Firehouse Promotions Inc contacted me in Jan 10 regarding placing an ad for my Acupuncture clinic on their "Fire Safety Board" for our town. The representative told me twice I could send the ad material to her or to the ad department. I told her at least twice we only use our designer for our ads, and I would not let their ad department design our ad. I emailed her our ad the same day. I didn't hear back until a few weeks later, when I received the finished "Fire Safety Board" in the mail. I never had any interaction with their ad department, never saw any proof. The ad they had produced was a mixture of our clinic info and phone numbers, our tag line AND an other clinics (150 miles away) logo, website and photograph of the practitioner!! I called the other practitioner, he had no idea it was going on, they simply took his info of his site. When I contacted Firehouse Promotions Inc by email, I got very little response and it was delayed. I never received an apology. All they ever told me that my invoice stated I should have mailed my ad info to firehouseadcopy@yahoo.com, that's what gave them the "right" to produce an ad for me without ever contacting me or letting me see a proof! I didn't email it there because the representative told me I could email it to her directly. They never accepted responsibility for using an other clinics ad info and mixing it up with our clinic. They did end up reprinting the "Fire Safety Board", it took about 5 weeks, incoveniencing all other advertisers, who couldn't start using this "Fire Safety Board". I was treated on the phone and by email, like I had done something wrong, no apology from them at any time!
