Fire Safety Magnets/firehouse promotions Alan, brian real estate agent beware do not use this company! Internet

in August 2014 I was contacted on the phone from Brian at Firehouse safety promotion. He contacted me and said the city of La Verne California fire department was going to be working with them I'm putting together 30,000 magnets with 4 different business is listed. One was a realtor when was the lender one was an insurance broker and I don't remember what the fourth was I want to say a home inspection company. For $600 I would be the premier real estate agent. I'm new in the business so of course I fell for it I called and asked the kind of questions and they can't restrain me but if I did not like my products when I was given the proof, what meaning if I did not like the way that my I looked I could definitely canceled no problem. This was important to both Brian and Alan that I dealt with. They also we assured me that even though they run my credit card it would be no problem to counsel as they cannot win if you don't have my approval on the proofs.  I paid them $600 over the phone and will shortly thereafter give enough proof that I had to correct for over and over and over again. They kept sending me incorrect proofs was incorrect information and finally I told him don't bother I want to cancel the order. They assured me that there was no cancellation and that by me giving them the 3 digit code on light card but that was my signature and there's absolutely no refunds because these magnets or custom orders. How can they be ordered if I don't even approve the proofs? I never even sent me a good proof? I tried to dispute this is my bank and my bank would not hear of it. I provided all the proof the required but I guess virus if you have been so has their disclaimers. I have been in contact with the fire department and they received the magnets from this company but they did not receive my information there is another realtor there in my place I will be contacting my bank again. Buyer beware Realtors beware!
