Firefily Car Rental Hertz Worst Service philadelphia pennsylvania Nationwide

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental! Although Dollar and Firefly had the same rate, the firefly offered "In Terminal Counter". False! When we called the 800 number for assistance, we were informed we had to get a shuttle. We waited for a shuttle and none were coming. We called the 800 line 6 separate times and were transferred to either be disconnected or listening to hold music for 14 minutes. The first shuttle #21 arrived after waiting one hour only to watch it blow by us with our arms waiving and shouting "Stop". 15 minutes later a shuttle #30 finally arrived. This was ridiculous and I assure you next week when I travel, not only will I use a different web-service to book my car rental but I will Never use Firefly again.
