a stock basher is someone getting paid to badmouth a public company so the one who is paingthem or in some cases themselves can buy low and then let the company recover from bad rumors and sell at a proffit, this ofcourse is illegal, especialy if we are talking about an organized group of people as this apperantly is the case, this one "Firelane" in perticular is posting on IHub, a well known website in the investors community, he posted thousands of comments badmuthing companies and openly accusing various management and business people as criminal
