FIRE LANE's illegal activity

Fire Lane posts continuously on the board every day. He's lying about information and you couldn't know the difference (unless you have done your assessment of the company and know the truth and facts).
What is sad in this kind of situations is that there is no protection for this kind of behavior/speech, as making exaggerated/false claims about a company. And that is considered to be illegal activity.
